Please contact us if you need assistance. During the camping season, we do our best  to respond to your phone calls the same day we receive it; if  you called during store/office hours.  Calling during busy check in times may delay your call being returned. Possibly even the next day.

If you’ve called us and have not received a response, please call us back. Sometimes phone messages are inaudible, people forget to leave their return phone number including the area code (or leave the wrong number), etc.  If you haven’t received a response from us within 24 hours of leaving us a message during the camping season, please call or contact us again.  

It is our policy to respond to your emails within 24 hours of receiving it.  If you’ve emailed us, and did not receive a response, please contact us again by another means or through the form to the right.  Sometimes emails are sorted out by SPAM filters, or something else went wrong.  If you’ve not received a response from us, please contact us again.
