Our cabins feature outdoor lodging from primitive camping cabins to deluxe, lake front glamping  cabins. All cabin rentals provide relaxing campfires, sitting porches, and fun family recreation whether for a little getaway stay or cabin vacation while exploring Northwest PA. 

Our  outdoor lodging options are a great way for your family to have a great camping experience without the expense of owning an RV or without having to rough it in a tent. Come enjoy your cabin rental which includes free outdoor recreation, themed weekends with planned activities. Whether it’s for a weekend get-away or a vacation. Our Deluxe Lakefront cabins do not have WiFi but do have cable TV.

All of our outdoor lodging features sitting porches, picnic tables, and fire rings for cooking or relaxing by a campfire. Our cabins and cottages include catch and release fishing in our well-stocked ponds, swimming pool, outdoor recreation, and themed weekends with fun family planned activities. 

Cabin rental rates include weekend activities. While we do not have activities through the week you can still use our  paddle boats, pedal karts, Our camping recreation is available every day all week which includes fishing our 5 stocked ponds, or you can swim in our pool, shoot some hoops, throw some horseshoes, play volleyball, or take a hike on our short nature trail , wade the creek, explore the area, relax, or just enjoy the tranquility of the park and a good campfire.

Cabin Reservation Policy, Cabin Cancellation Policy, and Cabin Refund Policy

Cabin reservation policy and cancellation policy

Our cabin reservation policy and cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstance. Camping is an outdoor activity, therefore we are not responsible for inclement weather, work schedules, etc. All cancellations pay a $10.00 cancellations fee, even if cancelled prior to the requirement. Reservations may be moved at no charge ONCE prior to cancellation requirements.

Cabin Reservation Policy

Cabin Reservations may not start nor end on Saturdays. All rental cabins are a 2 night minimum (except 3 holiday weekends which are a 3 night minimum at the holiday rate as designated in our brochure).

Cabin Reservation Deposits: All cabin rentals require one night’s deposit on your credit card at the time of the reservation. Regular rate weekends require one night’s deposit, holiday and special rate weekends require payment in full at the time of the reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve completed your reservation. Please check your confirmation and make any necessary corrections.

Cabin Cancellation Policy & Cabin Refund Policy:

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, we cannot be responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations; therefore, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstances. If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to the deadlines listed below for your cabin type & reservation dates minus the $10.00 Cancellation fee. All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Call 814-789-3251 and talk to a person to receive a confirmed cancellation. Email messages are not accepted as a form of cancellation.

Cabins Cancellation Policy Refund Deadlines For Cabins on Holidays & Special Event Weekends: All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Any cancellation after these deadlines will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit.

Holiday & Special Events Cancellations for Deluxe Lake-front Cabins: Requires 14 days notice prior to your arrival date by 2:00 pm for holidays and special event weekends 

Holiday Camping Cabin & Kitchenette Cottage Cancellations: Requires 14 days notice prior to your arrival date by 2:00 pm for holidays and special event weekends to cancel your kitchenette or camping cabin reservation.

Cancellation Policy for All Other Weekends: Requires 7 days notice prior to your arrival date by 2:00 pm.

RV dealer Coupons are not accepted on Holiday or Special Event weekends. 

We accept only one discount per customer per stay

We honor our Military please notify our staff if you qualify for a military discount. Credentials will need to be shown at check in

Any damage to cabins are charged to your credit card at the prevailing rate including labor and materials. Smoking are prohibited in all cabins. Pets are allowed in designated cabins only with a signed pet waiver

We retain the right to refuse to service. Campers publicly drunk, disobeying our campground policies, or creating a disturbance with other customers will be removed from the park without refund.
